September 2026: Release Notes

Find out what we released in September.

Dashboard improvements

📉 Activity Collection widget: Chart format

The Activity Collection widget previously showed each metric as a period total only. A metric that spiked or dropped mid-period looked identical to one that stayed flat all the way through.

You can now switch an Activity Collection widget to chart format. Each metric card shows a bar chart of activity across the period, the period-to-date total, and the previous period's total alongside it, so you can see not just how much was done, but when.

To switch format, open the kebab menu on the widget, select Edit, then switch the format from Values to Chart.

🏆 League widget: Full standings format

See the full league table without leaving your Dashboard. The League widget can now show complete standings, so you (and your team) can check exactly where everyone stands at a glance, instead of clicking into the league itself.

Switch to Full standings format to show the entity spotlight alongside the full standings table, the same view as the League Standings tab, laid out across the full width of your Dashboard grid.

To switch format, open the League widget's settings, then select Full standings under Format.

Job Pipeline improvement

📊 Drill down into the Time since activity chart

You can now drill down directly from the Time since activity chart in the Job Pipeline.

Each time bucket card in the chart has a Drill down button. Click it to open Data Insights, filtered to the jobs in that bucket. Because a time bucket covers jobs across all pipeline stages (rather than a single stage metric), the Data Insights view shows records across every stage metric at once, giving you a full picture of which jobs haven't had recent activity in that window.

Platform-wide improvements

📅 Custom rolling date ranges

You can now build a custom rolling date range anywhere you'd normally pick a fixed date preset, including the Dashboard, Charts, Reports, Job Pipeline, and Coach meeting settings.

Open any date range picker and select the new Custom tab to build a rolling period (for example, "last 30 days" or "last 6 weeks") instead of choosing from the fixed presets.

A couple of things to know:

  • Week-based presets now respect your client's working week, rather than assuming Monday to Friday.

🎨 Platform rebrand

We've given the platform a refresh, with our new logo and updated navigation colors, bringing it in line with how we present ourselves elsewhere. This is the first step. We'll continue evolving the look and feel over the coming months, so expect it to keep developing from here.

🩺 Redesigned error pages

If something goes wrong, our error pages now tell you what happened and what to do next.

Every error state has been redesigned with a two-sided layout. On the left, you'll see what happened, along with actions you can take straight from the page: start a chat with our Support team, reload the page, or return to the Dashboard.

On the right, the page shows diagnostic details about the error. If you do contact Support, these details give our team the information they need to start investigating right away, so there's less back and forth for you.

Reporting improvements

🤖 AI chat

You no longer need to dig through the numbers in a report to work out what they mean. Ask our AI a question about your report and you'll get an answer in seconds.

Report AI chat is available to clients on the Pro plan. Get in touch with our team to find out more.

Here's what it can do:

  • Suggested prompts: each report type (team, client, job, or candidate) has its own suggested prompts to get you started.

  • Ask anything about your report: try questions like "Which consultants are driving the most placements?" It's a quick way to get answers if you're less comfortable reading tables of data.

  • Facts and guesses kept separate: if the AI speculates instead of using your report data, a warning icon appears next to that answer. That way you always know which parts are facts and which are the AI's interpretation.

  • Built-in feedback: tell us which answers hit the mark and which don't. Your feedback goes straight to our team.

What's next: later this year, we're bringing AI chat to the whole platform, beyond individual reports.

👥 Editors and Shared with columns

You can now see who has edit access to a report, and who it's shared with, directly from the Report Manager.

The new Editors and Shared with columns show this at a glance, so you don't need to open a report just to check who can see or change it.

Settings improvements

🗂️ Collapsible sections in Org Settings

The platform settings area now groups related settings into sections you can expand and collapse, instead of showing everything at once. This makes it easier to scan and find the setting you need as the number of settings grows.

✏️ Full-page team editor

Managing teams now happens on its own page instead of in a pop-up.

The old team management modal is gone. Clicking Edit on a team, or creating a new one, now opens a dedicated full-page team editor. You'll find it under Settings > Organisation > Teams.

The full-page layout is easier to navigate and works better on smaller screens.

Team hierarchies are coming next.

TV Improvement

📺 Schedule automatic slideshow switching

You can now schedule your TVs to automatically switch slideshows throughout the day, without anyone having to swap them manually.

Set up scheduled windows directly from the Edit TV modal (go to TV > Screens, then select Edit TV on the screen you want to configure).

Turn on the Change slideshow on schedule toggle, then add as many scheduled windows as you need. Each scheduled window can be either one-off (tied to a specific date) or repeating (set to run on chosen weekdays), with a start and end time.
