Automations improvement

🎉 Celebration GIFs on in-app flashes

Wins now feel like proper moments. Performance in-app flashes from Automations show a celebration GIF underneath the metrics.

If the person being celebrated has their own celebration GIF set, that’s what shows. Otherwise, OneUp uses your company’s celebration GIF, which falls back to our stock GIF.

There’s nothing to set up. GIFs appear automatically on every performance flash.

Platform-wide improvements

🎨 Easier creation (Reports, Charts, & Dashboards widgets)

Creating things in OneUp now looks and feels the same everywhere.

Three modals have been updated: creating a report or chart, creating a Dashboard, and adding Dashboard widgets.

Each modal now has the same layout, with a search bar, filters, and preview tiles.

Nothing has changed in what you can create. You’ll find the same reports, charts, and templates, just with an easier and more consistent way to find the one you need.

🪆 Nested teams: set up an organization structure that mirrors your business

Teams can now sit inside other teams, so your Teams page can mirror how your business is actually structured. For example: Company > Region > Office > Desk.

Here’s why that matters:

  • Numbers roll up automatically. When you select a parent team anywhere in OneUp, its numbers include every child team beneath it that you have access to. You don’t need to pick each child team as well.

  • People are counted once. Someone in both a parent team and one of its child teams is only counted once.

  • Team targets add up for you. A target set directly on a team always applies. Otherwise, OneUp adds up the individual targets of everyone in the team and its child teams.

  • Managers see child teams. There’s a new data access option, Managers and child teams, so managers can see every team nested beneath theirs without being added to each one.

Nested teams is optional, and nothing changes until you set it up. If you’d like to restructure your teams, get in touch with your Account Manager and they can help you get started.
