Coach improvements
📋 Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
You can now formally create and manage PIPs for anyone you manage in Coach, building on the PIP meeting template we shipped in June.
What's new:
Create a PIP for any relationship you manage (or have org-access to)
Draft or Active status: keep a PIP in Draft while you finalize it (deletable), then set it Active when it's ready to go. Once set to active, it can be seen by the person entering the PIP.
PIP status: Pass/ Fail or Extend. Extend changes the due date.
New PIP tab and history table on any relationship with PIP history, showing status, dates, notes, and extension history at a glance.
Meetings run using a PIP template are labeled as PIP meetings in the meeting list, so it's easy to spot which conversations are part of a formal plan.

👥 Org-wide relationship sharing: expanded permissions
Users with org-wide relationship sharing access can now do more than view; they can create meetings, actions, and goals too.
Previously, org-wide relationship sharing gave read-only access; users with this permission couldn't create or edit meetings.
What's changed:
Org-wide access users can now create meetings, goals, and actions — great for ops-type roles creating these on behalf of managers
UI improvement: relationship pages are now split into four tabs — All, My relationships, Shared with me, and Trash. The Shared with me tab includes either the full org-wide share or per-relationship shares. Per-relationship shares remain view-only.
⚡ Platform speed improvements
We've shipped significant improvements to the speed of the platform. Users should notice a meaningful difference in how quickly pages load and respond. Since the update, our average HTTP request time has halved.
Reporting improvements
📊 Create a report or chart from a template
You can now create a report or chart from an existing template, bringing reports and charts in line with Dashboards, which already had this option.
Previously, there was no way to create a report or chart from a template; you always had to start from scratch.
Now, when creating a report or chart, you can pick from a library of templates that are applied instantly, dropping you straight into the editor with everything already set up, allowing you to get value straight away.
🔍 Better report and chart filtering
We've overhauled filtering on reports and charts to fix a set of long-standing friction points.
Now you can apply and adjust filters with confidence:
Anything visible in the report table or chart can now be found in the filter
Switching entity type and switching back correctly restores your previous selection
Adding and removing entities from an existing selection works cleanly
Integration improvements
🔌 Integration updates
A set of integration improvements have shipped:
Pitch endpoint for RecruitCRM: the Pitch metric is now supported for RecruitCRM integrations
Opportunity lifecycles for Tracker v2: we now retrieve the full history for opportunities in Tracker, giving more accurate lifecycle data
CloudCall O1 is live: clients can now be migrated to CloudCall O1. The O1 API is significantly better than standard CloudCall, so migration is heavily encouraged
