Adding time off
Head to the Targets page. This is found under the Manage icon in the main navigation menu.

Select +Time off on the right.
Next, select the user that you're adding time off for and enter the Start and End dates for the period of their absence.
đĄ OneUp will automatically reduce the user's target for the time they are away, based on the number of working days affected.
Revenue targets are not reduced by default. Find out how to change this here.
How targets are adjusted
Time off reduces targets proportionally for the period affected. For example, if a user has a weekly target and takes one day off during that week, their target will be reduced to account for that day.
The user's normal target remains in place before and after the time-off period.

Revenue targets
Revenue targets are not affected by time off by default.
If you want time off to also reduce revenue targets, this can be enabled in platform settings, found under the manage menu icon.
In the Targets section, enable the reduce revenue targets during time off toggle.
Once enabled, revenue targets will also be adjusted based on the time-off period.
Viewing time off & how it relates to targets
Once time off has been added, you'll see a visual indication of this in the target bar, for a clear view of which targets are adjusted.
The target will automatically return to the user's normal target once the time-off period has ended.
Amending or deleting time off
Simply select the time off in the target bar, by selecting the time off icon in the time off row.
Then, amend or delete the time off:
